Credits do not expire and stay linked to the email used at checkout. The credits required for a diagnostic are shown before it starts and are consumed only after the complete task finishes. If the task stops because of a system or provider failure, its reserved credits are returned automatically.

What each diagnostic includes

A technical consistency check of publicly observable Shopify product data.
A controlled six-turn AI shopping observation using natural, non-branded buyer questions.
Captured answers, sources, model and session conditions.
